Overview of St. Philip Lutheran Kindergarten

Each class has a 30-minute English lesson with a foreign teacher for both morning and afternoon sessions, totaling one hour of English lessons per day.

The school provides translation services for non-Chinese speaking children during interviews

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Interview Dates: Immediate (Transfer Students) / November 2025 (Children born in 2023)

Application Fee: $40 (to be paid when submitting the form)

Notes: All students who submit an application form are entitled to an interview.
(Please submit the form first so that the school can arrange an interview. When submitting the form, you must also submit cash $40 application fee, a copy of the child’s birth certificate, a copy of vaccination card, and 5 stamped self-addressed long envelopes with $2.2 stamps)

The child will be interviewed with a parent present (conversation/toys)

Admission Criteria
Half-day	Priority given to siblings of current or past students / proximity / based on interview performance.
Full-day	Priority given to siblings of current or past students / parents unable to care for child due to work / based on interview performance.

Full Admission Registration
Parents will be notified in writing by mid-December 2025 if the student is admitted. New student registration: January 8-10, 2026 (must bring the Kindergarten Admission Form for registration) If the student withdraws after registration, parents must notify the school in writing to retrieve the admission form the next working day. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Waiting List Registration
Parents will be notified by phone by mid-January 2026 to register at the school. If the student withdraws after registration, parents must notify the school in writing to retrieve the admission form the next working day. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Tuition Fee Approved by the Education Bureau for 2025-2026
Half-day	Free
Full-day	Tuition is divided into 11 installments (Sep 2025 – Jul 2026), each installment: HK$1055. Full-day meal fee is divided into 11 installments, each installment: HK$138.
